Absolutely stunning and nice looking place, I enjoyed to be here.

I stayed at this hotel for trip, it was a very enjoyable stay. Fairly clean, excellent value property, the location was magnificent and incredible just off a nicer restaurant which defeats the all inclusive aspect. The beds were extremely comfy, rooms brand-new and luxurious. The pool was nice and the staff was very helpful. The a la carte restaurant and pool bar were also available.

The property's location is prime, really close to beach as well as a private restaurant. Zona Hotelera district deserves to be explored...

We stayed here for 7 nights, the hotel was impressive, had beautiful location close to the airport. Everything was well-maintained, impeccably clean room with a king bed. The personal was exceptional. The beach restaurant served lots of great food.

The hotel's location is unbeatable and the staff are polite and fantastic. Wide varieties of amazing food at breakfast.

Just the food is not very good.

Make sure to explore the local restaurants just a short bus ride away. They offer a great variety of authentic cuisine for less than resort prices.

great access to parks and beautiful beaches nearby

The hotel is conveniently situated with beautiful parks and beaches just a short walk away, including Parque Maya Cancun only 700 meters away and Playa Delfines just a bit over 2 km, making it easy to explore the area's natural beauty as a single traveler.

Great beach access, but check-in took way too long and service was slow.

All fine, but wristband confusion

The location is amazing, right on the beach with tons of family-friendly activities. My kids loved exploring the fun pools and the vibrant atmosphere. We even managed to fit in some golf on the 9-hole course, a fun change of pace.

My kids wished there were more options for dining since we often encountered long lines at the restaurants. It made mealtime frustrating for our family.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

The views from my Grand Ocean View Room were amazing, with the endless horizon blurring the line between sea and sky. I loved lounging by the gorgeous outdoor swimming pool, soaking up the sun with refreshing cocktails in hand. Every evening was a party with vibrant live entertainment that kept the energy high and the vibes perfect!

I loved the enormous pool area and the fine beach. The gym was decent, and I enjoyed the variety of snacks available around the pool. The check-in process took way too long, almost two hours past the promised time, frustrating. The food options left much to be desired. Most restaurants served the same bland dishes, and the buffet was chaotic with long lines. I often had to wait over an hour just to eat. The staff was sometimes rude, and I felt neglected when trying to get service around the pool. It was disappointing to see how dirty the pool area was remaining throughout my stay. I also experienced issues with room air conditioning, and it took too long to get a maintenance response. Dining experiences did not meet expectations. There was a noticeable lack of variety and flavor. I had intestines issues during my trip, which I suspect could be connected to the food hygiene. All in all, there's potential, but serious improvements in food quality and service are needed.

The only thing that kept us somewhat satisfied was the pool area, it was nice to unwind there. We enjoyed the foam party and fire show, kids loved it but food service was a let down.

This place was not inexpensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

Beautiful beach with amazing staff

We stayed for 6 nights in a Grand Ocean View Room and enjoyed the fine views and warm hospitality of the staff. The beach was picturesque, resembling a postcard, and the pool was very nice, providing ample space to relax. While the food could use some improvement, particularly at the buffet, we found some really enjoyable places to eat. One thing that could enhance the stay would be better ventilation in the bathrooms.
